RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage IT,Comp system & UPS
- Ensure and monitor data security, network access and back up systems
- Hardware Network Troubleshooting
- Conduct Regular System Audit
- Manage E-mail, Spam & Virus Protection- Manage organization’s Helpdesk ( internal, external or both)
- Configuration of Firewalls
- Client, Stakeholder etc management
- Veeam backup & replication
- Install, Configure, manage SYNOLOGY storage
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Monitor and report progress
- Internal & External Support ( Server Status )
- Hardware and Software Management
REQUIRED SKILLS
- EXTC degree in, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Knowledge with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
- University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
- knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
