Network Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Manage IT,Comp system & UPS
•  Ensure and monitor data security, network access and back up systems
•  Hardware Network Troubleshooting
•  Conduct Regular System Audit
•  Manage E-mail, Spam & Virus Protection- Manage organization’s Helpdesk ( internal, external or both)
• Configuration of Firewalls
• Client, Stakeholder etc management
• Veeam backup & replication
• Install, Configure, manage SYNOLOGY storage
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Monitor and report progress
• Internal & External Support ( Server Status )
• Hardware and Software Management

REQUIRED SKILLS

• EXTC degree in, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
• knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
